With a background in Business Management and digital systems, Luis spent over a decade working across Europe and America, gaining experience in everything from IT infrastructure and innovation strategy to educational technology and field operations.
Recognizing a gap in the market for highly specialized, agile consulting tailored to both the private and humanitarian sectors, Luis founded his own boutique firm — Kindred Wave — with a clear mission: to deliver high-impact technology, training, and business consulting projects that create sustainable value across sectors and borders.
